  1. I have been under the weather and back so did I miss something? Where is Evo? A visiting Head of State without the hosting Head of State? What’s up?

  2. I believe this is what’s going on:

Frustratingly, I can’t link the ABI page anymore…all the news items seem to have the same URL. But that’s what’s going on. It’s an ALBA summit!

  3. Manaat says:

Tune in to VTV (señal en vivo) … they are playing everything en vivo … including Evo’s address right now.

  4. Crap, I missed Evo…but Chavecito’s talking, and charming the pants off everyone as usual. Yay!

  5. Manaat says:

What are the Russkies doing here at ALBA?

  6. Probably taking notes. Or maybe looking for new customers for Sukhoi planes.

  7. Thanks, ‘Bina. I hate being in and out, because I miss so much. I depend on all my faithful blogs to keep up with the world because, as I am sure you are aware, the MSM has not had one word about the ALBA meeting. Thanks for bringing me up to date.
