See, this is why comprehensive sex education should be mandatory. Not only will it prevent pregnancy in stupid people, it will also save their unborn children from the same worse-than-death fate!

    I’m in my curmudgeon mode this morning. The answer is to reconsider and adopt China’s mandatory sterilization policy. Only based on intelligence. Before they can start to breed, there needs to be a review of their IQ. Anything as low as this, “Hey, You! Out of the Gene Pool!”
