Wow! The put a 4 story gazillion Dollar contraption out there that didn’t work and they could use this while they figured out something that really would shut off the oil.
You’re right! Never underestimate the creativity of somebody in overalls. And their version is a whole lot cheaper and more environmentally friendly than all that chemically laden “dispersant” soap.
