Compare and Contrast: Ronald Reagan vs. reality

Back in the day, a certain senile US president had this to say about a certain thug who was then in charge of Guatemala:

Well…today, a leading Mexican newspaper had this to say about the same thug:

rios-montt-genocida

I trust I don’t need to translate that.
