perfect catch of the tension behind the agreements. these two are clearly not friends.
i recall chavez did the same dance with uribe. over all that worked out well. uribe ultimately cracked, attacked ecuador, made wild accusations against venezuela and got colombia isolated in latin america and rejected legally.
